Let’s start by saying that Sorrento is a small town, but it’s well connected to Naples and other Italian cities. In fact, it can be reached by sea, by car, bus or train.
Unfortunately, the Naples Airport lacks an adjacent railway station and then getting to Sorrento from Naples Airport may seem rather difficult. But I assure you that the solutions are different.

Obviously, from Capodichino Airport to Sorrento you can take the city bus for a few Euros and it will accompany you to the Central Station or the Port of Naples (Molo Beverello). Overall, probably the best way to get from Naples Airport to Sorrento is by bus.

How to get from Naples Airport to Sorrento by train?

Railways is a good solution to Sorrento starting from Naples Airport, using the Circumvesuviana service. The Circumvesuviana is a train from Naples Central Station which reaches the towns of Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast.
